Description
You are looking north up 20th Street from E Street in downtown Washington, D.C. 20th Street is barricaded due to a sudden expansion in street closings (from 4 enclosed blocks to roughly 30) in anticipation of World Bank and IMF-related protests.
I saw lots of cops, no protesters, and I couldn't get to the now-barricaded Corcoran Gallery at E Street and 17th. (date: 2002-09-29)
