Description
In the middle of a busy and noisy crowd, a brown-skinned sad and tired lady with a dirty towel on her shoulder lights a bunch of multicolored candles for her loved ones. There are approximately 30 street candle retailers that roam around Quiapo Church's vicinity. Exposure to sunlight and crowded environment irritate some shoppers. (date: 2005-01-14)
