These students in blue uniform are strolling along Balibago, a Town in Angeles City. These are high school students. The girl on the rightmost, the black-skinned student, is a Fil-Am. Fil-Am (meaning born of Filipino and American parents) children are common in Angeles City because the frequency of Americans dwelling here is high. Children are playing on the street on the background which is rather a common sight on a busy street in the Philippines. (date: 2004-11-14)
