Description
This is a Marine helicopter as it's about to take-off on a relief mission. This is the former Clark Air Base in the Philippines, now owned by the Philippine Air Force. There are US Marines here from Okinawa, Japan, on a relief mission to help victims of Typhoon Yoyong.
