You can board the Jeepney by hopping in the open back. You must pay your fare with the expression "Bayat, Po". If unsure how much, ask "Magkano?". The answer may be "labing-isa" (11), "lima"(5), "pito"(7), or some other number. Maybe you can give a 20 Peso note and you'll get the right change (kung hindi ekaw puti). (date: 2007-04-18)
