This shows a typical scene in a funeral service for lower classes in the Philippines. The bereaved are following along the hearse on the road itself in a slow paced walk towards the cemetery. It is a modern trend of making the motif white in stead of black in funerals as could be seen by the shirts of the bereaved and the color of the hearse. (date: 2004-11-14)
