This is a Como-Harriet Streetcar arriving at the Linden Hills station on Halloween night. The Minnesota Transportation Museum has rides around Halloween in decorated trolleys with costumed staff telling scary stories. They call it the Halloween Ghost Trolley. (date: 2002-10-31)
