You are standing on the corner of Washington and 5th Street in St.Paul, looking northeast at the Landmark Center. This building was built in 1902 and was originally a Federal Court House and Post Office. It was restored in the 1970s and has been designated a National Historic Monument. (date: 2000-07-22)
