Description
This picture was taken during the snowstorm on 1-19-2000, around noon. People are continuing to go about there business...the buses are running, sand and salt trucks are out. Sidewalks are being cleared all over the city by man and machine, even as the snow still comes down.
On the left is the original Dayton's department store location, now called Marshall Fields. (date: 2000-01-19)
