Description
This plaza is southeast of the falls in Minnehaha Park. The falls are behind you, the park is to the left. You are on a peninsula, with a drop-off on all sides except to the left. There is a stairway to the lower area of the park to the right of the lamppost. (date: 2000-07-09)
