This is the east side of Hennepin Avenue near 28th Street. You are standing with your back to the Uptown YWCA. Lake Street is two blocks to the right, 28th street is just to the left. I wanted to document the colorful storefronts here. West High School used to be behind you, where the YWCA is. (date: 1999-10-01)
