Description
You are at the end of Bedford Street in Prospect Park, facing east. Growing up on this block, it was common knowledge that this prairie-style house behind the bushes near the alley was designed by the famous architect, Frank Lloyd Wright. It was built for an official at the U of M in the 1930s, and may have helped keep the freeway(HWY 94, behind a soundwall out of frame to the left) from encroaching on the neighborhood any further.
You are now one block from St.Paul, which is to the east. (date: 1999-09-09)
