You are looking south at an entrance to Pillsbury Hall. This is the east end of the building. It was built before 1900, and I assume was one of the first large buildings on campus. Pillsbury was instrumental in founding the University, and is behind the food service conglomerate of the same name. (date: 2000-10-11)
