Shown here are piles of fresh and seasoned (in plastic) milkfish and Atchara (preserved in crushed papaya flavored with carrot, raisin and vinegar). We call bangus "milkfish". Atchara is a favorite appetizer in the Philippines. (date: 2005-01-08)
