Description
A lonely man at the base of an overpass near Maharlika Center waits for a customer who will sell an active or rejected SIM card. Standing beside him is an improvised advertisement. He is wearing a jacket because it is quite cold in Baguio City. The poster lists the famous telecommunications companies that produce SIM cards: Globe, Smart, Talk and Text, Touch Mobile.
