This is my brother Marc's room on 10 East at UCLA Medical Center. It's a private room, because this floor is for people who's immune systems are compromised following high-dose chemotherapy.
This is what brought Marc here -- a stem cell transplant, which involves high-dose chemotherapy. The cot on the right is where I slept, something UCLA allows on this ward.
